How to Make a Deep Sleep

Sleep. The goal is to sleep soundly between 6 and 8 hours without the help of medication. This will help your physical health, psychological and emotional. Follow these tips.

How can get a good night's sleep?
• Dine relatively light and 2 hours before bedtime.

• Take a walk after eating.

• Reduce consumption of coffee, alcohol and cola, as these are stimulating drinks.

• Try to avoid exciting violent activities (movies aggressive, discussions, etc.), after 8 pm.

• If you have trouble going to bed early, try reducing 30 minutes each week and do it with the lights off.

• One hour before bedtime, take a hot bath with a few drops of lavender oil, sandalwood and vanilla. Enjoy the bath for 10 to 15 minutes.

• Drink hot milk with honey and nutmeg, or infusion of valerian or chamomile.

• Listen to soothing music.

• Do not exercise two hours of bedtime entities.

• Do not watch television or work in bed.

• When lying down, close your eyes and "feel his body." Then observe your natural breathing and until they fall asleep.
