Flossing is Good for Teeth

Flossing your teeth. Clean their teeth with dental floss at least once a day is a healthy habit and brings many benefits:

• Experts believe that the bacteria that cause plaque and gum disease may also contribute to narrowing of the coronary arteries and blood clots in heart capillaries.

• You have been associated with diabetes and chronic lung disease. Who would have thought?

It is therefore recommended to use dental floss daily, do the following:
1. Cut about 30 inches of floss and wind most of one of the middle fingers.

2. Enter the floss between the teeth and smooth movements.

3. When the floss is between your teeth, curve it into a C shape against one tooth and pass gradually into the space of the gum and tooth until you feel resistance, the movements are done to the edges of the teeth.
