Tap dancing benefits. The Tap is a style of theatrical dance, characterized by drumming with the feet, marked rhythmic patterns on the floor.

How to dance the Tap?
• It is performed with special shoes that have a steel plate in the toe and heel, which gives it a distinctive sound.

• The tap movements are centered on the tips and heels of your feet, making rhythm games sideways, forward, backward, sometimes shuffling, sometimes jumping, dancing a cappella or, perhaps, with music track.

• To carry it out, keep your heels up and knees slightly bent.

• Start with simple steps and gradually rises to the level that you can dance, make sounds and to jump at the same time.

• Your biggest challenge is coordination.

• In one week, the basics are learned, and in a month, if practiced consistently, you can dance without problem. Therefore, the Tap also helps to discipline.

Why Tap dancing:
• Provides excellent proprioception (the person has knowledge of your body position and movement in space, without having to look at the floor to check).

• It strengthens the abdomen to maintain balance and focus much of the strength in the feet.

• The body acquires resistance movements and efforts to maintain long-term (constant movements of the feet).

• Twins are strengthened, muscles and buttocks.

• Acquisition of better coordination of movement, quality that is applied in everyday life.

• Serves as an exercise and independence movements in the limbs.

• Provides better concentration.

• Tap Dancing helps to maintain a very good mood.
